Account was merged with a friend's???

Several months ago, a friend logged onto his spotify account on my computer. Afterwards, when I logged into my own account on spotify, it would sometimes have his username and sometimes mine, and all my playlists had disappeared. I signed up for the premium promotion and would like to cancel, but when I went to my account (after logging onto Spotify through facebook), it has HIS information, but my zipcode and picture. I can't even cancel the premium because it makes me use a password to do so and it wants HIS password even though it's MY account. Why is this happening???
