Account won't log in

I've tried logging into my account on all of my devices and it just won't work. On my phone (iPhone 😎 it says I have the wrong password but when I try to log in on my computer (MacBook Air) it logs me in for about 15 seconds and then kicks me out and says I have the wrong password or email. When I log in on the internet it says that theres an error. 

I have no idea what the email associated to it is so I cannot reset my password. I've thought of just setting up a new account but I pay for premium on that account and I dont want to continue paying if I'm not using it. Is there a way to fix my account? Or cancel an account without being able to log in?
