Account wont work

Hi guys

 

i had Spotify on my phone for a while but then my card got declined and i waited to long so that they deactivade my account.

 

Is there any chance i can get my account back? Cause i cant register with my E-Mail and if i try to add my card it says that i took already a similar package.

 

And all i want is having my account back.

 

Plus: As soon as im log in i cant switch my Counrty?! Im in the UK right know but i am from Switzerland so my card details are from switzerland.

 

So how can i go back? Any Ideas?

 

Unfortunally there is no Hotline, no live Support, nothing were i can ask Spotify directly thats why im trying to do it over here.

Spotify currently doesn’t offer telephone support, out of full-time dedication to the options below. I'd recommend reaching out to them to see if you can get your account back.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
