Thanks for getting in touch.

Here's what we got from you: hello. i have had my free spotify account for a while now and decided to see if i would make use of the paid subscription so i have taken the trial for 30 days free. After a while the chamges hadnt been made so i logged out and logged in again, i couldnt remember my username and password so i just clicked on log in with facebook thinking it would take me to the same account? i now have an empty facebook account with premium service and the one with all my music is just free. How can i swap my trial onto the original account. i went through the links and set up on my actual account so can't understand how this has happened. can you please help???

Hi @cazh22! You're almost there. That email you quoted, go ahead and reply directly back to it, even if it's from a no-reply, and someone from support will get in touch and help you sort this out. The majority of issues can be solved here in the community just like the email says, but account issues, more often than not, aren't things we can directly help with.
