Hi! Yes that is exactly the problem, I cannot usel offline mode and listen to songs. Yet I pay to be able to do that

Alright @MirnaSolaka82,

please check first here if you are Premium! If you are, then you just have to turn on "make availbale offline" for a playlist. Make sure that you are not in offline mode (check the settings) and that you have a working wifi connection!
