Hi!
I couldn't open my Spotify Premium account today because it say that I cannot use Spotify abroad for more than 14 days. My account is based in the USA but I spend the year travelling. I had this issue before and used my computer to access my account and change the location to my current one. Unfortunately, today I haven't been able to open my account online. It actually says that there was too much redirecting and that the operation was impossible. At this point, I really don't know what to do.
Would appreciate any help.

Hi there @Chaimae95

 

If you’re a Premium user, you can use your Spotify account as long as you like anywhere in the world that offers unrestricted internet. You can also use offline mode to enjoy your music even if your journey takes you to corners of the earth without internet (or if you’re on the plane).

 

If you’re a Free user, you can use Spotify in a different country to the one registered on your account for up to 14 days. After that, you’ll need to upgrade to Premium or change the country on your account.

Thanks for the reply but it is not solving my issue.
I am a Premium User ( not a free one ). I am based in the USA but now on vacation in Greece since 14 days exactly. I have been enjoying the off line service too. The issue now is that I CANNOT access my account ( because of this 14 days restriction ) but the worst part is that I cannot even access my account from a browser to change the country as I did the last time I had this issue ( I used Chrome, Safari ... And NOTHING works ) so now I just cannot use my account.

Yes. I am unable to access my account via browser.

Try to reset your password here and try again. 

Well I cannot reset my password since I log in via my Facebook account. And the issue doesn't seem to be the password. The message says: " You cannot use Spotify for more than 14 days abroad " eventhough I have a premium account. The worst is that I cannot even access my profile on a browser. This is just ridiculous

Sorry to hear about your continuing problems.

It looks like your account has been missdirected to a status of a free Spotify account.

 

I suggest you to contact the Spotify support team here and tell them about your issue. 

 

If you receive an email back directing to the support forums, reply back to that email even if it is from noreply
