I forgot my password for my account and the email I used when I signed up few years back isnt active anymore, therefore I am not able to change my password. What are some soulutions for it?

If your girlfriend can't access the email anymore however, We'd recommend her getting in contact with us directly via email, or by tweeting our support handle. We'll be able to help her out further from there.
