  1. About 2 weeks ago I activated a premium account by KPN.

THirst I thought I didn't get an sms with the activation code, but later I found out that I got 2 activation codes. Both of them didn't. Two times KPN tried to help me, but not succesful. They then said you have to contact Spotify.

Can you help me?

If you go to your Account Reciepts Page, do you see a reciept for this? If not, you'll need to reattempt purchasing Premium over here 🙂 If you're still finding that the SMS's are ariving delayed, I'd go somewhere you can get better reception with your network!
