I just had a very positive experience in contacting Spotify Customer Service. I'd been looking for a toll free number to call or a Web Chat option, but as many others have discovered, there is no such offering. After reviewing the Spotify "Contact Us" posting on my account page, I noticed that it clearly states that their prefered method of communication is TWITTER MESSAGING and to send a message to @SPOTIFYCARES . I did send them a message and within a couple of minutes more recevied a reply which presented a couple of options to resolve my account problem. I highly encourage everyone to use Twitter Messaging by sending a Tweet to @SPOTIFYCARES. Trust me, this really works!
