My Question or Issue

i have a premium account, I was logged out. I now cant log back into the premium account as it is telling me the email address isn't registered? 

I have been paying monthly payments and expect i will still pay this month. 

I have the username but when I use thay to reset my password it isn't sent to the email address I thought I was registered under

Hey @Keri31!

 

It sounds like there could be a mistake with the email address linked to your account but don't worry let's get to the bottom of this! Could you try reaching out to Spotify Support through either this contact form which will allow you to be able to receive a response or dropping a DM to @SpotifyCares on Twitter with the username and they'll attempt to try their track this down and get you logged back in.
