I am getting charged for 2 accounts but I can’t remember any of the details for the other account so I can’t log in to cancel it, is there anything I can do?

Can you try finding your account using this guide? If that doesn't work, you can also try resetting your password here using any known email addresses and that could potentially lead to finding your other account.
