Hey there @Dima9, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I hope you don’t mind me replying in English. 

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. These steps are more thorough than the simple reinstall and can solve common issues.

If you're still having trouble, can you let me know the make and model of the device you're experiencing this on?

Thanks for the reply! Did you try following the steps I provided in my last reply? Thanks for sharing with me the make and model and software version of your Mac. 

 

If possible, can you send me a screen recording of what’s happening exactly when you switch from Safari to Mac?

Hey @Dima9,

 

Thanks for the screenshots. So, to understand clearly, when you try to open the Spotify Desktop app from the Web Player, you get this error message? If that’s the case, do you get an error message when you open the Spotify app directly?
