My Question or Issue

My account got hacked yesterday at 2. Filed an email immediately but have been locked out. My premium still isn't back online what do I need to do? Can't get any communication through email. I've sent back my required Identification 8 hours ago. What is going on?

I’m very sorry to hear this, and this is not how Spotify would like it to be. I’d recommend checking out this page, for some more info and the next steps to take.

Already did all this within 7 minutes of the account take over and not getting any help from Spotify. Recieved an email at 2:21am to verify my account. Replied and haven't heard anything else since.

Thanks for the reply! Yes, you did say that in your first post. It seems like they haven’t replied since 24 hours. 

 

 In this case, try contacting them again using the link I provided in my first reply, and if they don’t reply within the next 24 hours, please let me know. If it says ‘Start Chat Now’ then that’s a faster option to get this resolved.
