Hello.

 

How can I delete my accounts?

I've registered account with my own nickname but I want to use my Facebook account in Spotify but when I'm clicking "Connect with Facebook" I've always received an error and then there is a connection between my FB acc, and registered Spotify acc. I wanted to use only FB account but I can't. Can someone from moderators delete all my connections with Spotify and then I will register my FB account again?

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can get that done for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

ik heb op mijn mobiel een account aangemaakt en daarna op mijn computer met mijn facebook ingelogd. hierop heb ik verschillende afspeellijsten gemaakt en nu kan ik niet meer op dat account komen omdat het account van mijn mobiel is gekoppeld met mijn facebook. DUS ZOU U ZO VRIENDELIJK WILLEN ZIJN EN MIJN ACCOUNT OP MIJN MOBIEL TE WISSEN HET ACCOUNT IS : vin2596. ik hoop dat ik hiermee mijn elende kwijt raak
