Hello!

So I'm a Premium user for quite long and now my sister and my mom want spotify, they live with me so I told them to create a free account first while I get family plan, both of their accounts were blocked within the day.

 

They try to access and says login details are incorrect, press recover password, receive the link, click on it and... link is not valid.... do the whole process again... not valid.... So they tried to create a new account with that email and... email is already being used...

 

They of course tried creating with another new email, it worked and in less than 24h... blocked again and whole drama.

 

I already got Family premium and guess what, none of their accounts can be added because when they put the address, it remains on Saving... but doesn't do anything.

 

Please, HELP, SOS, Smoke signals... something!!!
