My premium acount has stopped working after 1 week of me paying! Logged out a few times still won't work! Help!!

If these suggestions haven't worked, and you've been charged i'd recommend contacting Support 🙂

2. Twitter - https://twitter.com/SpotifyCares

3. Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SpotifyCares

 

This way, they can take a closer look backstage at exactly what's happening.

Hey @Jodedoyle95!

 

It sounds like you could be logging in to a second account.

 

If you're logging in with your email, or the 'Log in with Facebook' button, can you try logging in with your username + password instead?

I have the same problem, I paid on may 19 for three months, and yesterday still was working, but today I have a free account, I verified my username with the confirmation mail and logged out a few times but nothing worked

No i've checked it a number of times it's still not working also checked my bank and it has taken my money 😞
