Accounts/username problem

Hey everyone, so a few years ago I made an account but never used it. Then I made a new account about last November. I have no clue about any of the info about the new account or anything. I got a new phone today and I'm having a hard time signing into the new Spotify account that is premium. It's very confusing to tell the story without a visual. The first account I made I never used. The "new" account I made last November is the account I've been using but I have no information about it. I think I logged in with Facebook but that just takes me back to the old account. Sorry if this is all over the place but I could use some help. Thanks
