Accounts won't sync

Hello, some of the songs I have on my mobile won't play or even show up on desktop version. For example, I can play all the songs by Chance the Rapper on my phone but I can't play any of them on my desktop version.

 

I have premium subscription for individuals,  Windows 10 Pro and iPhone 6S with iOS 12.1.14.

 

I had this issue for several weeks but today, all of my saved music was gone on desktop version. I tried to log out and reinstall Spotify on my computer but that didn't help.

thanks for posting in the community !

 

This sounds odd.

Please reach your account page online and click "Sign Out Everywhere".

 

Then, use this help guide to change your password, just in case your account is being or had been "taken over".

 

On top of all that, this might sound too easy but users tend to create more than one account.

Check out this help guide to locate all accounts listed with your details.
