Acoount deleted

Acoount deleted

My Spotify account was recently "disabled" or in other words deleted due to credit card issues and I can't even log back into my account to fix these issues. Is there anything I can do to access my account so that I do no have to lose all of my created playlists?
 
Also when I tried to create a new account It did not allow me to do so becuase I used the same email that my "deleted" account was linked to.
This indicated that somehow my old account is still in the system so there must be some way I can at least recover my old playlists.

Hi there @philipldavid and welcome to the community!! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
