Hello I changed my password and after i lost my premium account its on free mode what i have to do

No worries!

You most likely logged into an additional account you didn’t know you have. Don’t worry; unless you’ve applied a payment method to it at some point, this account is not costing you anything.

To get to the account you’re used to, log out of the “empty” account and log in again but, this time, use just your Spotify username, not your email address. ^^
