My Question or Issue

I am using two phones, one is an iPhone 5 and the Spotify works perfectly. On the iPhone I have lots of songs downloaded in my Liked Songs, on my vernee all the songs are there in my Liked Songs but won't download. I have tried turning WiFi off and on, logging out and in again, looking it up and I just can work out why. When I turn the little switch on, a little thing pops up at the bottom of the screen saying "get premium". I click on that thing and nothing happens, and I'm right back at the beginning. I have a premium account and I'm logged in as the same account, so it really doesn't make sense to me. If you could help me out that would be fab. Thanks, Nara.

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app? 

Also, to confirm - one of the devices which is an iPhone 5 works correctly, but the Vernee device doesn't - and it shows a 'Get Premium' button?
