Activating my Hulu Account

My Question or Issue

Okay so I’ve been trying to activate my Hulu account for two days now having switched over from a regular premium account to the one for students (that in itself took a great effort to do). Whenever I go to services and click on the activate button for Hulu, it takes me to the sign up page for Hulu through Spotify and that’s fine. I’ve tried clicking on both “I’m New to Hulu” and “I Have a Hulu Account” and they both take me to a page that says “Page Not Found”. It’s been really frustrating trying to set up my Hulu account again because I did have it when it was offered back when they had it just for regular Premium customers. However, since then I’ve deleted the account thinking that it would help but it didn’t and I don’t know what to do anymore.

Do you mind trying the following:

• opening the relevant link in a different browser/incognito window
• going through the activation process on a different device?

Thank you for the suggestion Peter but unfortunately those options are not working. I’ve tried on both my phone and laptop, as well as, trying in a private/incognito tab and it still gives me the same “Page Not Found” message.
