Activating my spotify premium account with my fido plan

Hi, so i recently got a new phone with fido and my plan includes a 6 months free subscription to spotify premium.... The issue is that i dont know how to activate it. I have two questions: first, can i upgrade my old spotify account to the premium one? Because i dont want to re-add all my songs all over again...and my second question is: if i do have to start a whole new account to have spotify premium, how do i do it?

When I had my Premium on my mobile plan, Telia, I activated my already created account on a site provided by Telia.

So if i go on the fido site and call them maybe they'll do the same?
