(iPhone XR, Macbook Pro late 2016)

My Question or Issue
I've been having an issue with my activity feed not updating.
1) I verfied that all of my apps have been updated.
2) I've deleted and reinstalled said apps.
3) Switched on and off the "publish activity" setting and I've also tried logging in and out as well as updating the setting via my iPhone and MacBook.
4) I've also given it a week to update as some of the community answers state giving it a week.
It's been like this for the past couple months... I've been searching for answers and have attempted troubleshooting over, and over again. Nothing is working and it's so frustrating!
