I'm wondering if there is any way to change my account setting so that the ad content I receive is "work-friendly." I have no problem with advertising, since I'm using Spotify for free. I realize that advertisers help to keep this service free, and for that I'm grateful. However, few things are more uncomfortable than meeting with a client when an ad for Trojan condoms appears.

I prefer Spotify over Pandora, but if there's no way to filter the ad content, then I may have to use the latter while at work. Any suggestions would be helpful!

Hello, LindsayEF85! There's currently no official way to filter the ad content you receive. You might be interested in giving some kudos to this idea here. Remember that you can always upgrade to premium and get rid of ads.
