At this moment I have a premium account via XS4ALL. I want to add a Family subscription to this account, but can't find where to do this.
Someone can help me?

Hi @a_r. I am not aware of what XS4ALL is, but my assumption is that it is some third party way of paying for premium, like a mobile telecom provider, correct? Assuming I've guessed correctly, then unfortunately it is not possible to subscribe to Spotify Family through a third party service. For Spotify Family you must subscribe directly to Spotify. This means that you will need to cancel your subscription with XS4ALL before being able to subscribe to Spotify Family. Please let me know if you have any other questions or anything else I can help you with. Cheers!
I have had the same problem.
In the end I found it is the best option to end the XS4ALL service and just buy a seperate account if you want to have the Family plan.
You will have to call them, XS4ALL will be surprised by your request and they tell you it will be forwarded to a seperate person. After a week or so, your account will be yours again.

Hi LordRollin,
Thanks for you reply. XS4ALL is indeed a third party provider. They told me that I can have both a premium subscription and a Family subscription on the same account, but I had to arrange that with Spotify. When this is not possible, how can I cancel the premium subscription from this third party? They told me they could'nt do that for me, the should be done by Spotify.

By the way: I now also changed my XS4ALL plan. In the end I found that I had a more expensive plan to get free spotify. My plan is now more then 10 euro cheaper and I have the family plan direct.
XS4ALL first didn't believe they had to do something. In the end they did, so the problem is solved.
Thanks!
