Add Option To Block Followers - Plain and Simple

Every site on the internet has a way to block followers, spotify does not. Add a way to block followers/make your profile completely private. Music is my own business no one elses. Making a playlist private does not equal no followers, I don't want any followers. ZERO. Add this now.
