Add entire music library from laptop to spotify with on single click?

Hi guys,

is there a way to add my entire music library on my laptop to spotify with one single click (via any tool e.g.) ? For example folders on my laptop then become playlist on spotify...?

If you want to add your local music files into Spotify:

Go into the settings and under "Local Files" you can import the source folder that contains the local files.

After you do that, the local files will appear in the "Local Files" section.

Find the song and then drag it over to the playlist of your choice.

thanks man. will all these songs be shown on my iphone too, or onl on desktop version?

You can sync them to your phone if you want to. It can take quite a long time depending on how many songs there are. 

There used to be a devices section that allows you to control what is synced to your phone.

The devices section will be coming back in a future update.

In the meantime:
You won't be able to see an indication in the desktop client that the device is paired with the desktop client. But as long as they both are on the same WiFi network you should be able to trigger the local files sync by toggling the offline toggle on the playlist on your device. Just make sure you have added all your local files into a new playlist.
