Add members to family plan

 

I'm thinking to add 2 more famiy members to my Family Spotify Plan but recently I've moved to a new address, so I just wonder when entering the address for confirmations, should I tell them to put the current address or the previous one that I've used to registered?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

If you move, you need to create a new account (make sure you cancel the plan on your old account beforehand, and sign out everywhere) and subscribe to Premium for Family on that new account.


This is because it's, unfortunately, not possible to change the address registered on an existing Premium for Family plan.

When create new account, can I still use the same email to create?

Yes, you should be able to.

 

But before you're able to do that, you need to cancel the subscription on your old account, wait for your current account to revert back to the Free plan and then close your account at http://support.spotify.com/close-account 🙂
