Added NUS card number to wrong a/c. Can I reset this?

Hi,

 

I tried raising a ticket about this but did not hear back anything.

 

I have two accounts with Spotify, but currently only use the FB connected one. For some reason, when I was trying to access the Spotify NUS discount, the discount got applied to my old a/c and now I am unable to use my NUS card for my current a/c. I have not used the discount yet, but am eager to add this card number to my current a/c.

 

Any help?

When you raised your ticket, did you get an automated response? If so, reply to that email with your original message and it will be sent to a member of the team who will be able to assist you directly 🙂

Also remember to check your spam/junk folders as messages sometimes end up in there.
