Added family members device still says free subscription

Added family members device still says free subscription

I have added my wife to my premium family subscription but her device (android g6) still says she's on a trial. I have tried to change trial to premium on the device and it asks for cc# and info. When I go to the website account control panel it says she's premium.  On the device it says she's on a free trial. I uninstalled and reinstalled on device, no change. Using her login &pw on device,  no change. Frustrated, please advise so I can receive what I'm paying for.

Took me 5 tries to post this. Who is developing this app??? Do they use it???
