My Question or Issue

Dear Support Team,

I am the owner of a Premium Family Account. Due to some problems with the verification of our adress, all the other members got kicked out. I am wondering now why that happened since I couldn't even add my adress to the account. Where can I do that? In my account under Premium Family there is a field that says "Your Adress" but I can't klick on it or see a field below.

All the other members were asked to give their adress and they all added the right one and the same but still they got kicked out as it couldn't be verified.

 

I'd really appreciate if you'd tell me how I can fix this.

Hi!

 

Check out this Support article with the steps you have to follow to change your adress. This might help you with your problem.

thank you for your answer. This doesn't answer my question though. It only tells me that I can't change my adress and that I have to register it. There is no information on how and where I do that.
