Adding Offline Devices

My Question or Issue

Hi,

I have been looking at all the offered solutions, but currently I am unable to add any offline devices to my account.

I have already followed the instructions on the links below:

However, my spotify is till showing no offline devices. I have added a screenshot of my account's offline device links and also, I am unable to import playslists in my spotify.
