Adding a family member to a premium family account who already has an account

I have a Premium family subscription and am trying to add my wife.  My son used her email years ago to open a non-premium account and she is unable to join our premium family account when I send her the invite.  What should we do?

Why is she unable to join your Premium for Family plan? Is she seeing any error messages? Is the page not loading? Is she not able to log into her account?

Any additional info could be useful. 🙂

when she is sent an invite email and clicks on to join it does not take her to the family account to join the group - it takes her to the free account my other son set up with her email and gives her options to upgrade to a family account.   Any thoughts?

 

Can you please tell her to try it on another device, in another browser and/or in an incognito browser window?
