Adding a family member

Not happy with Spotify at the moment, upgraded from a premium account to family and two of the family can't log on or even get set up... why is there not a help phone number?

We don't have telephone support at the moment, but our support team can help you with this.

 

If you need help with your Family subscription, we suggest that you contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. This way, our team will be able to check  the affected accounts and help you with this.
