Adding my wife to the Premium Duo

My Question or Issue

My country is set to US

My wife's is set to Japan

We live in Japan together

Neither of us can change the region

Can't change the country since the method of payment is the same account from the US

No matter how much we try to match the address, it won't add her

Absolutely terrible, what even is the point of the Duo?

Thanks for reaching out.

In order for the Premium Duo plan to work properly, the country setting of all accounts must match the country you're living in (Japan, in this case).

You can learn how to update your country setting by updating your payment method here. Keep in mind that you must use a payment method that's been issued in the same country you're in.
