Adding second artist account to spotify for artists.

Hi, I release music through Distrokid and already have one verified alias on Spotify for Artists. I'm trying to varify a second one but I can't seem to find a way to instantly varify this new alias. My debut track isn't released yet but I have the URI and can see the account on spotify. Is their a way to varify this instantly? If not, how long does it take to manually add a new artist to my Spotify for Artists account?
