My Question or Issue

I'm trying to add my address in Guernsey to start a duo plan. However, even though Spotify is available in Guernsey, when I try to find my address, nowhere in Guernsey can be found on the address finder. The message that pops up is "We couldn't find that address. Please try again." How can I find my address in the finder?

I'm sorry to hear about this. Can you try following the steps provided on this support page? If that doesn't work, you can try signing up again using a different browser or private window.
