My Question or Issue

Everytime I go to put in my address from my finances Spotify duo invite, it gives me the message: Your address doesn't match.

I have tried probably 20 different times and have made sure everything is correct, which it has been everytime and made sure the country is correct but I still get the same message. EVERY TIME

PLEASE HELP

Hello @Chuffy629!

 

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. The manager of your Duo plan should be able to check and change their address on their Duo page here. Can you confirm the address shown there is the same as the one you're trying to enter?

I'd also recommend making sure your accounts show the same country/region, you can check this in your account pageIf this is all correct, it would be very helpful if you can attach a screenshot of the error message you're getting.
