Ads are wrong language

Hello guys, I'm having issues with the advertisements. My Spotify's language settings are Dutch, which works fine. However, my ads are French 50% of the time, which I simply do not understand. This makes the ad useless for both me and Spotify, 'cause I would never be interested in a French ad.

I can't seem to fix this.
