Ads in Spanish

Since I've gotten Spotify I've been using it on a regular basis, however, I keep getting adverts in Spanish. I live in central Florida, where there is a minority of Spanish-speakers, but I don't speak it and it's very annoying to hear it. I do not know how to change this, but I would very much like to.

How long has this been going on for? What device, operating system, and Spotify version are you running? 

Also, does every ad show in Spanish? What troubleshooting have you tried so far to fix this?

Thank you for replying. This has been a thing ever since I downloaded Spotify Free on my PC (a couple of months ago). I notice that it only seems to happen on the dowloaded PC program. I do not recall any Spanish ads when I use the mobile app. On PC, the ads seem to alternate between English and Spanish. My area does have a Spanish-speaking population, but is predominantly English-speaking, and I have not done much troubleshooting, as I don't quite know how the ads work.
