Ads keep playing

Every time I listen to ads and it says play for thirty minutes of ad free music. I do and then after the next song another ad comes on again. It happens every time and it's really annoying idk what to do. I log out and log back in. I restart it too

It's not cool that this happens. Did you lock the screen during the ad? You need to make sure to watch the whole video without closing the app or locking the phone.

If you did watch the whole video, let us know your device, operating system, and Spotify version. Also, let us know if this occurs with one specific ad. We'll see what to suggest.
