My Question or Issue

 The adds I currently get are in French & I'm really not sure how this happened? If I'm going to listen to adds I'd like them to be in a language I know at least. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Hi Aniicca,

I would first try a clean reinstallation?

Also it's worth checking that your Country Settings are correct. Change Country Settings HERE

However, I believe that as you're in Canada (parts which are French speaking) you may recieve ads in French, as I've seen other users based in Canada recieve French song recommendations as well. Might be why.

How's it going? Are you still experiencing this issue?

If so, we recommend you get in touch with our Customer Support team here. It might be the case that they need to change the language in which you receive Spotify correspondence to Engilsh, which only they can do by accessing your account.
