I am so annyoed. I have been trying to contact spotify for over a month as my 30 day trial was taking place. I have tried contacting them by sending a message online, I have tried reaching out on social media, I have tries posting on these community boards, and there is always either an error or no response. Now, 30 days later, I still have no response and I was charged $9.99 after the trial ended instead of the $4.99 student discount. 1) How do I get a refund and 2) Why did this happen?
