After new installation of the computer, Spotify is resetted, too (no playlists, no friends, etc)

I have reinstalled my laptop and started Spotify again.

Unfortunately, my account seems to be resetted. I had once registered with my Facebook account and wanted to start Spotify again. No playlists, no friends, no messages anymore. 

I have refound my old profile via the follower lists of my friends including the followers and playlists, but cannot access it.

I have sent a recommendation to that old profile with the new profile. In earlier times, I received a notification on Facebook. Now, I don't.

Any ideas?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Best thing to do is to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form since they can easily look up your email address and accounts and see what has happened!

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
