Again! I didn't get my free trial after upgrading to premium

Question:

I saw an ad on facebook about a 60 day free trial if I upgraded to premium. I clicked the link, upgraded to Spotify premium only to be immediately charged. How are my two free months activated?

Here is a screenshot of the ad that I put on my saved list. 

It says: Enjoy 60 days of music offline and without ads. Then only pay $...

Did you ever had a trial or premium subscription before? The 60 days trial is only available to users who never had any type of subscription in the past.
