We hope you don't mind us replying in English. If you buy an e-card in a country, and want to give it to a friend in another, it won't be possible to redeem it due to licensing. It's for the same reason you can't pay for Spotify with a payment method not based in a different country than the one registered on your account.

You can always send it to another friend, or redeem it on your own account.
