Album problems

Album problems

So, I have a lot of albums on my computer, including every Beatles album. Anyways - I have expired my 10 hour limit, so I was listening to my local files, when I saw that I could click on the "Imagine" album by John Lennon.

There it was - the album. Standing just like every other album that's available on Spotify. Of course I rushed to "star" all the tracks, because I assumed that the album was officially on Spotify.

I could also see, that all my Harrison albums were available, but none of my Beatles albums were available. And all of the available albums had NO popularity. And that was odd for a Lennon album.

Then I contacted my friend which had NO Lennon albums on her computer, and made her search for Imagine, and no album came up for her.

So I guess what I'm asking, is - Is the album up, or what? What's going on?

Hey 🙂

Just had a quick search and I am not able to find it either. Did you manage to star the tracks?

If so, can you post a link to one?

Yes, I have the link here. It shows a full album on Spotify, but it says that it's not available.

I can't find this either, guessing it was maybe added and then removed again by the record label.

Content being moved/removed is normally always down to the labels so it is normally out of Spotify's control!

UNABLE TO PLAY GEORGE HARRISON ANY MORE

@BJAOBRIEN

It's likely that the artist or their music label has decided to remove it from Spotify.

The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label.
Spotify has no control over what content is available.

Sometimes it is only available in certain countries, while access is blocked to others.
Sometimes the album or song will be unavailable temporary, and come back again later.
