Alexa - App Support not available

I was able to successfully link my Spotify account in Alexa webapp, but when I click on Spotify from the available Music services list I get only message App Support Unavailable. Have tried to unlink/relink Spotify account several times, even tried to use different Spotify account (also Spotify family, but from another family group) with no success.

Have somebody experienced this? thx for any help!

I've managed to get it working! 🙂

This is what I've had to do:

- Disconnect/Deregister all devices  from your Alexa account (optional)
- unlink Spotify account in Alexa settings
- email reset your Spotify password

- link the Spotify account again

That worked!
