My Question or Issue

Hello! I made a mistake. I revoke the access for Alexa in my Spotify account. Since in the Alexa app (ios and web) it's impossible to relink. Spotify is "grey". I tried to reinstall all the apps but it don't work. Please can you help me?

Thanks for getting in touch!

Could you go to the Alexa App and remove Spotify in the Music & Media section? You can then try to relink your accounts again.

That should make Alexa appear again in your list with app on your account page.
